On site the mobile robot SOTO, known for its flexibility and user-friendliness, will be on display. SOTO autonomously manages the material supply chain from the warehouse to the injection molding machines, including the task of swapping crates.

SOTO seamlessly integrates key process steps of production supply into a single autonomous solution. It is already deployed by renowned companies such as WAGO, MAN, Bosch, ZF Friedrichshafen, and VEGA Grieshaber. The robot is capable of handling KLTs of varying sizes, at different heights and orientations. It can transport up to 24 KLTs simultaneously and efficiently transfers them to and from the warehouse. Enhanced barcode scanning features improve production traceability. These capabilities make SOTO uniquely suited to meet the demands of the injection molding industry. The robot can operate with both driven conveyor systems and simple rack frames, facilitating cost-effective scalability across multiple machines.

For optimal coordination, multiple robots can be managed by Magazino's Fleet Manager or, optionally, by a VDA5050 fleet manager to ensure efficient collaboration. Integration with production processes is facilitated through digital transport orders, which are either managed via the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or triggered by direct communication with the injection molding machines. SOTO dynamically calculates the best routes for upcoming transport tasks and executes them with precision and efficiency.
